Last month, I moved into an apartment with my boyfriend! I have to say, it wasn't all that I had imagined. It was an adjustment for me at first, but I am loving living with my best friend and having a place of our own. Plus, you can't beat the location of this place.. we are literally right off 75 and 285, so it has made commuting so much easier. We can get to work in half the time it took us before. We made our first big purchase before moving in and that was our beautiful grey couch! I never thought it would be so hard to make a decision on buying a couch but I am soo happy with our decision! We aren't going to be purchasing any more furniture because we would rather wait until we get a house, so for now I'm making due with what we have. :) Here are some pictures of our place!
I'm not done with our bedroom yet because I have to get my quilt dry-cleaned before I can bring it into the house.. turns out I'm really, really allergic to cats. :( A day before we moved, I landed myself in the hospital (first time ever being a patient in a hospital) from an asthma attack due to my cat allergies. But the bedroom is basically the exact same as it was in Chicago except wayyy way bigger!
