This month, Ulta has 21 days of steals, deals and events. I think I scored the best deal yesterday when they had my favorite mascara on sale for half off! The Tarte mascara that I have raved about many times recently was on sale for $10 and it's normally $19.. so naturally I had to grab two. They also had the Stila In The Moment palette on sale for $20 and it's normally $39. I had been eyeing this palette for a while so I was happy to get this for a great price. They have some other great steals coming up in the next couple of weeks, so be sure to take advantage of those! I kind of regret not going for the Butter London nail polishes (they were 2 for $15!!) but we all know I have enough nail polishes.
