traveling in style

Last summer I wrote to several different companies and asked for some bumper stickers, not even knowing what I would end up using them for. I had a great time writing to customer service and getting free stickers in the mail.. there's just something about getting things in the mail that always makes me happy. My mom had a great idea one day to put all of my stickers onto these suitcases we found at TJ Maxx and I'm loving the end result. We got several compliments during our travels to Chicago a couple of weeks ago and I can't wait to take mine to Florida in two weeks! Our plan now is to collect stickers from places that we travel to and add them to the suitcases.

That beautiful puppy posing next to my suitcase is my sweet lab/golden mix, Heidi, named after Heidi Klum. :) She gets to go to the beach this week without me and I know she will have so much fun swimming in the ocean!! More pictures of her to come.
